Primary to Secondary Transitions
Primary to Secondary Transition Programme
Delivered at: Valley Primary & Wickham Common Primary (MOSAIC Trust)
The EYC Transition Programme is a co-created pilot designed to support Year 6 pupils as they move from primary to secondary school. We work alongside young people to ensure their voices, experiences, and ideas actively shape the programme. This ensures our support is relevant, responsive, and grounded in the realities of the students we serve.
