Programme Design and Delivery

Programme Design and Delivery

We design programmes for young people aged 10–25, supporting them through critical life moments, particularly those facing multiple disadvantage. We use a test and learn approach to ensure our work is responsive, relevant, and impactful.

Our Test and Learn Approach

Addressing social injustice requires more than delivering rigid services at scale. We work alongside young people and families to understand what drives meaningful, long term change by using Freirian principles to address power imbalances through dialogue and sharing of power. By piloting ideas, finding balance between re-design and stability, gathering insight, and adapting in practice, we build a deeper understanding of what works both within our programmes and across the wider systems young people navigate. This learning is intended to inform future delivery and contribute to broader systems change.

Core Principles

Youth Led Approach

Informed by Freirian principles of dialogue and power sharing, young people shape every stage of our programmes from co creating, to designing through to delivery, reflection and reporting. This ensures our work reflects lived experience and always remains relevant to those we support.

Opportunities for Young People

We offer young people support with future pathways. This includes paid and voluntary opportunities with EYC, peer mentoring, advocacy and connections to education, training, employment, and external organisations.

Transformational Opportunities

Young people can access new spaces, experiences, and industries that broaden horizons, build confidence, and expand what feels possible.

High Quality, Relational Support

Programmes are delivered by experienced practitioners with professional and academic expertise and lived experience, enabling strong relationships and informed support.

Impact and Learning

We embed reflection and reporting in all programmes to understand what works and share learning to influence wider systems.

What Happens Next

We use what we learn to strengthen future delivery, scale effective approaches, and contribute to wider systems change.
