Programme Delivery and Design
We deliver tailored support programmes for young people aged 10–25, helping them navigate key life transitions particularly those facing multiple disadvantages. Alongside advocacy with professionals interacting with young people on our programmes we use a combination of the following to support all beneficiaries:
-
Structured workshops, 1:1 and group mentoring, compassionate mind training, goal setting, bespoke trips, networking opportunities, and practical life skills.
-
Together, these provide personalised support that builds confidence, resilience, and positive pathways into education, employment, and personal growth.
-
Each programme is shaped by the environment it is delivered in and co-produced with young people, ensuring the support is relevant, inclusive, and caters to their needs. We work closely with schools, colleges, and community organisations to create safe spaces where young people feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Please note - This service is currently South London based.
