Introduction to Our Youth Support Programmes

We offer free, bespoke programmes that support young people through key life transitions with a particular focus on those experiencing multiple disadvantage.

Aimed at young people aged 12 to 25, our programmes provide structured, personalised support to help them build resilience, develop life skills, and stay connected to positive pathways in education, employment, and personal growth. Our delivery includes:

  • Seasonally structured workshops

  • Individualised monthly mentoring

  • Weekly check ins

  • Life skills sessions and enrichment opportunities

We understand that all environments are different, therefore meaning all programmes created will require a different approach for young people navigating key life transitions. All programmes are co produced with young people, ensuring their voices shape the content and approach so the support is truly relevant and responsive to their needs. They are designed to create safe, inclusive environments where young people are heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Beyond direct delivery, we use the insights gained through our work to inform broader systems change. We support adults including educators, mentors, and youth professionals with the tools, training, and understanding they need to better engage and support young people facing complex challenges.

All of our programmes are grant funded, and designed in close collaboration with education institutes, and community organisations to meet the unique needs of the young people they serve.
